When you have booked, that is your confirmation that you have read and agree to the booking and cancelation policy. 

Please be sure you read the cancelations policy to avoid the cancelation fee. 

For the first 1-20 minutes of travel is a $20 travel fee. For every additional 1-10 minutes will be a $10 fee. 

Ex: 1-20 minutes = $20, 21-30 minutes = $30, 31-40 minutes = $40

Keep in mind that I may be traveling from client to client so travel time can change based on where I am previously. Traffic status can also change the amount of this fee. 

If I am ever 15 + minutes late, the travel fee will be waived

48 hours

 No fees for canceling within this time period prior to your appointment

24 hours

50% fee charge (minus travel fee) 

Same day

100% fee charge (minus travel fee) 

Clients who regularly cancel their appointments will lose priority in my schedule
